The actor has been tapped to host the CBS special, ’9/11: 10 Years Later’, which serves as an update to the 2002 movie ’9/11′. It will air on September 11th at 8:00 p.m. EST. I can’t believe it’s been 10 years… Sean Penn turns 51 years old today. Oh, his ex-wife Madonna just had a birthday yesterday. And, if they stayed married, they would have celebrated 26 years of marriage yesterday as well. Anyways, the Oscar winner will start filming ‘The Gangster Squad’, where he plays mobster Mickey Cohen, with Ryan Gosling, Emma Stone and Josh Brolin rounding out the cast.
